Immigration through Express Entry

Express Entry is one of the recent immigration options that Canada offers and it includes three immigration programs: Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Trades, and Canadian Experience Class.

Express Entry uses a points system to choose between skilled immigrants as permanent residents based on their ability to settle in Canada and take part in the economy. These points are being assigned for education, work experience, and level of knowledge of the Canadian two official languages: English and French. Every 2-3 weeks the Canadian government (immigration departments) chooses the top applications with the biggest amount of points from the list of all the applicants for Express Entry. Those applicants who did not meet enough points will remain in the list until they can move further to the top. Immigration via Express Entry takes only 6 months since the moment you accept the invitation.

The cost of our services for Express Entry applications may vary from $2500 up to $4500 CAD depending on the difficulty of the case.

This process involves a few steps. Marcus Educate can provide you with professional service during every step. We would also recommend working with one specialist during the procedures of all the steps to avoid any mistakes in application submissions.

STEP 1 - PREPARATION

Express Entry system has requirements which are needed to be fulfilled. In order to be qualified as an eligible candidate for immigration, take a look at the requirements below.

ECA (assessment of the diploma)

Our agency can assist in the assessment of the diploma but the cost is not included in the “Express Entry Package” and will cost an additional $1000 CAD.
*The client can fulfill this procedure without our agency’s help.

Check out the CIC website for all the necessary instructions.

IELTS

We provide our clients with the option of studying IELTS with certified English speaking teachers, who can assist in helping our clients to pass all of the IELTS tests. Besides, we provide all the necessary information that is needed to prepare for the tests.

Consultations for National Occupational Classification (NOC) — 150$/hour

This step is very significant for those students who are finishing their studies in Canada and are looking for a job in their field of studying that will also be well-suited for the purposes of immigration. For those who are still not in Canada are still required to demonstrate their studying and working experience (foreign work & study experience). During this step, clients can consult with us.

*the fee for this consultation is $150. The money paid for the consultation can be included in any of the service packages as a deposit.

STEP 2 - EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE

Because in the further future you would be required to prove everything on documents that is in step 2 you need to answer all of these questions correctly prior to the submission. There are times when the answers do not match on steps 2 and 3, which leads to denials. The candidate who has submitted the wrong information and got a denial technically can submit the application again. However, the old applications and all the information will be saved in the system, which may add to the difficulties to further applications statuses and make it more difficult for getting the visas. This is why we strongly recommend making sure you avoid mistakes from the very first application.

The value of our service of our agency filling out your immigration profile for Express Entry lays in the fact that we provide consultations during every step of the process, analyze your documents and make sure that your profile lacks any issues or mistakes. Also, if you have already made mistakes while filling up the documentation individually, we will come up with a better strategy and will provide you options, so that you can receive positive feedback in regards to your immigration path to Canada.

The package includes:

The cost of the creation of the profile of CIC — $1500 CAD There are no additional fees during this step.

STEP 3 – RECEIVING ITA (INVITATION TO APPLY) AND APPLICATION SUBMISSION FOR THE PURPOSES OF RECEIVING RESIDENT STATUS IN CANADA

While the applications and profiles of all the candidates are in the system, approximately every 3-4 week there is a process that involves choosing of those who will receive the invitation. If the candidate was chosen and got the invitation, during this step the applicant must demonstrate all the documents that confirm all the information submitted during step 2. To notice, it is very important for the documents to be submitted correctly and in correlation to every step.

During this process you will have 60 days to prepare everything.
